Regroup Mass Notification Celebrates 15 Years of Excellence
On April 5, Regroup Mass Notification celebrated its 15th anniversary with an online get-together for the entire company. Regroup, known for years as a pioneer in the distributed workforce model, welcomed team members from around the world for a company-wide virtual meetup.
Founded in 2006 at Stanford University by Joe DiPasquale, Regroup Mass Notification was the product of necessity. Originally developed to be an emergency alert platform in response to critical events on campus, Regroup enjoyed its genesis serving the higher education community and quickly became a popular tool for universities to keep students and faculty safe and informed during emergencies.
The platform soon began to earn respect throughout the industry with awards recognizing its innovation and the company’s commitment to providing best-in-class support. This level of excellence could only be achieved with Regroup’s talented and dedicated corporate family.
From nearly every corner of the world, Regroup employs people who excel at what they do and who believe in the company’s mission to help others connect with the people they care about. Now guided by COO, Chris Utah, Regroup has grown in size, reach, and innovation.
During Regroup’s virtual meetup, employees were recognized for their contributions, and the company introduced its newest employee incentive program, Regroup Gives. This program allows Regroup team members additional time to contribute to charitable causes in their communities. From senior living facilities to beach cleanups and from tutoring to animal causes, Regroup’s employees are active volunteers. Now, the company provides them with additional time to dedicate to their volunteer efforts to give back to the communities where they live and work. It’s part of Regroup’s mission to ensure a healthy life-work balance for their entire team.
Along with their successes in achieving a productive remote working environment, Regroup has advanced its mass notification system throughout the years. With recently introduced desktop alerts, a reimagined mobile app, and new mapping layers that have helped clients visualize COVID-19 spreads, Regroup continues its pursuit of excellence in keeping people safe.
“It has been incredibly meaningful and gratifying to see how this company has grown and to be able to work alongside such inspiring people,” says Regroup’s founder, Joe DiPasquale. “I have high hopes for the next fifteen years and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
Regroup Mass Notification thanks its valued clients and subscribers for their continued support. We also thank and recognize the people who have made Regroup the success it is — our entire team.
